A Homunculus is a magically created copy of a human body. They are made of clay,[1] and it generally takes a long time to create one.[2]
A homonculus can only be created with direct permission from the White Council. Likewise, making a homunculus that looks exactly like a real human is strictly forbidden.[3]
Many a homunculus are used for training purposes; for example, in regards to healing.[4] However, due to the limitations from using a homunculus, live subjects are also sought after, especially for higher level training.[5]
